| Come join Brian Shapiro/CultureWorks as they invite you to an evening with The Institute for Relativity Studies (the "Other" IRS) as they present: Research Findings #2-Everything Appears to Matter Headed by the always likeable Professor Whittey, the not-for-profit, not-by-choice Institute for Relativity Studies is a scientific organization that conducts non-traditional research to humorously examine how humans develop different perceptions of similar phenomenon. Research Findings #2 are the result of satirical studies that explore the most reverent and essential aspects of Eastern and Western religion as told by Dr. Deepocket Chumpchange, Mother Whittey tackles yet another conspiracy with Taco Bell Islam, The Origin of White People is beautifully and captivatingly revealed, along with an epic battle-for-the-ages-this-ain't-no- college-football-shared-championship in Language versus Music. These "studies" are actually interdisciplinary performance pieces that feature several guest artists. Performer Brian Shapiro teams up with San Francisco musician Todd Nelson, Austin musician Steve Marcum, and others to lead this multi-talented cast.
